Mental coaching is a holistic service for all people who want to improve their mental strength, clarity and inner balance – regardless of age, profession or life situation.
It helps to consciously perceive and intentionally change thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. Through practical mental interventions such as reflection, mindfulness, visualization, and stress regulation, mental coaching helps to master challenges more confidently, make clearer decisions, and better utilize personal resources.

Menopause is a challenging phase of life, accompanied by many physical and emotional changes. I help you navigate this transition with confidence and strength. Through targeted mental techniques and individualized support, I guide you in overcoming your fears, stress, and insecurities and developing a positive outlook. The focus is on promoting emotional well-being, self-acceptance, and inner balance, enabling you to emerge stronger from this transition and rediscover yourself.
Changes often go unnoticed for a long time or manifest themselves subtly. The most common symptoms include: insomnia, fatigue and exhaustion, mood swings, and weight gain.
CYCLE-BASED COACHING
Our menstrual cycle influences our everyday life more than we often think: sometimes we feel powerful and confident, sometimes exhausted, sensitive or restricted by the monthly bleeding.
In cycle-based mental coaching, you'll learn to better understand these natural fluctuations and consciously manage them. Together, we'll find ways to strengthen your energy, thoughts, and needs in harmony with your cycle – for greater self-acceptance, inner balance, and ease in everyday life.
AUTOGENIC TRAINING
Autogenic training serves as a sleep aid or for relaxation. With regular practice, it is a helpful tool in everyday life for skillfully managing various stressful situations (e.g., exam anxiety, general nervousness, public speaking). Together, we will practice autogenic training step by step until you can use it independently.
RELAX AND LET GO
Various relaxation and breathing exercises allow you to experience the moment in a relaxed way and reconnect with yourself. It also allows you to gather your thoughts clearly.
As a yoga and meditation instructor, I practice breathing or meditation techniques to help you find more peace and serenity.
STRENGTHENING SELF-ACCEPTANCE
If you feel lost, you need to rebuild your self-confidence. Together, we'll work on your strengths and build new self-confidence.

Are you constantly stressed and working without breaks? We create space and time oases for you and your needs. We visualize your goals to help you get closer to achieving them.
